Ambitious UX designer with a passion for games.

After graduating with my master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, I was hired as the first and only UX Manager at a multi-billion dollar financial institute in order to lay the foundation for UX across the entire digital catalogue of the business. I have developed skills in dealing with multiple types of stakeholders including direct users, executives, IT professionals, and marketing teams. Being able to talk across the aisle to get folks to see eye to eye, and approaching projects from a place of humility. While I consider myself an expert in UX, I am always questioning what I know and am open to refreshing my understanding of UX trends as the standards change. When working on a team, I always talk to others as though they are the experts in what they do. This approach has earned me the respect of my colleagues, who often find working with me to be fun and easy. My current manager has mentioned that I have “rebuilt bridges between teams that you didn’t even know were broken.” I love what I do, and like to bring my enthusiasm and relaxed demeanor to the workplace to foster a positive working experience.

When not at work, I enjoy gaming of all kinds. Tabletop RPG’s being a special interest of mine, but I also play board games, video games, and LARPs whenever I get the chance. Aside from that, I enjoy going to concerts, cooking, and snuggling with my dog Leeloo.
